Television bigwig Ekta Kapoor is quick with her retort to actor Kushal Tandon, post his jibes at her TV show ‘Naagin’ on social media. It has been over two decades that Ekta has literally ruled the small screen industry and television has become synonymous with her. She has created such a name for herself with some of her widely appreciated shows and long-running soaps and serials.
The show titled ‘Naagin’ is considered to be among one of the widely popular and superhit soaps on the small screen. The first two seasons of this show had Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan in lead roles. Now, the show ‘Naagin’ and will begin its third season. It will have a star cast that includes Anita Hassanandani and Surbhi Jyoti.
It began with Anita sharing on her micro blogging site that she watched two Hindi films ‘Jagga Jasoos’ and ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ back-to-back on a flight. She tweeted: “I deserve a pat on my back …. I watched #JaggaJasoos and #HarrymetSejal back to back on flight…. that too without a disprin.”
Kushal, replied to this saying, “‘Actually u do, pat pat pat ! How????? Were was rohit …I wonder what should we give to the viewers of nagin#jus and pure houmor, no controversy plz for the twiterazi.”
The producer of the tele-serial ‘Naagin’ replied, “D scene I saw u shot for me !!! I need a pat on my back for that! Hahahha kiddng.” Kushal said, “Courage is sexy!” and Ekta replied saying, “Good acting is even sexier!! Must try that;)”
Kushal replied in an amicable manner and dissolved the tensions saying, “So looking fwd when we finish and release!lucky to be part of ur creative world !and about acting ? Will learn in ur guidance for sure !’.
