Fanne Khan has been in troubled waters for a while now. Initially, Prernaa Arora's KriArj Entertainment was one of the co-producers along with Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra Pictures. However, work on the film was stalled for a while, as there was non-payment of dues. Later, Bhushan Kumar stepped in and took over Fanne Khan, and Prernaa was thrown out of the film. According to a report in DNA, the budget is now being revised, and those who have fat cheques might be in for an unpleasant surprise. Industry insiders reveal that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been asked to take a pay cut. This comes after the film has been shot and only two songs and a few important scenes are yet to be filmed. It's not yet confirmed whether Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have been asked to take a pay cut, as yet. Earlier, Fanne Khan was meant to clash with Salman Khan's Race 3 on June 15. However, it will now release on August 3.
