The queen of daily soaps and the woman who revolutionized Indian Television with one massively successful show after the other, Ekta Kapoor, is back with a new TV show called Puncch Beat. She shared the first look of the show on her Twitter account and it immediately gave us a sense of déjà vu. Why? Well, it transported us to 2012, when Karan Johar presented Student Of The Year. Yes, the poster has Student Of The Year written all over it. Check it out:- There are two refreshing things about Puncch Beat, Ekta Kapoor has finally bid adieu to the letter ‘K’ and also moved away from those same-old Saas-Bahu sob serials. This looks fun and immensely energetic. From tomorrow, Ekta will unveil the cast one after the other and hopefully, it should be promising. As far as her production house, Balaji Telefilms’ movie ventures are concerned; it’s all set for Veere Di Wedding’s release on the 1st of June, 2018.
