Aamir Khan had to step back from attending an event in Pune on Sunday, given that both, he and wife Kiran Rao were diagnosed with swine flu.
The actor, however, did not leave organizers and fans disappointed as he summoned buddy Shah Rukh Khan to take his place instead.
