As it turns out, Kylie Jenner waited last minute to pick a name for her baby daughter. Cutie pie Stormi Webster is eight months old now and the more she grows, the more her unique and fiery name seems to fit her charismatic personality.
In a new interview, Travis Scott’s girlfriend said that she took her baby home and waited seven days to pick the spelling of her name.
During a phone a call with the birth certificate office, Kylie selected the name.
While doing a Halloween makeup video with YouTuber James Charles, Kylie stated: “I was just looking at nature names, like weather and earth-inspired. Storm was on there—just Storm. And then I was like, I kind of want ‘- i.e.’ like me, so then I did Stormie with ‘-ie. It was always Stormie with an ‘- i.e.’ I bought custom things for her that said her name, ‘- i.e..’ I bought her the blocks, ‘- i.e.’ I didn’t fully choose her name, I wanted to have a week of just me and her to see if I wanted to change it. I had one other name in mind, but Stormi always felt like her name from when she was in the womb. It’s almost like she chose her name.”

Kylie went on to say: “When they called me from the birth certificate office, and I was finalizing the name, they were like ‘how do you wanna spell it?’ And I was like S-T-O-R-M-I, and they were like ‘you sure?’ and I’m like ‘yeah, just an i.’ Literally right then and there I just changed it to an ‘i.’ Then I hung up the phone, and I was like ‘damn, guess that’s her name.’”
She shared: “I really feel like this is always what I was meant to do. I used to have dreams even at a young age of having kids. Like actual dreams. It was a part of my life I was craving. I don’t feel like a different person; I just look at life a little differently. Stormi is changing every day. She’s really becoming this little person. She reminds me a lot of (older sister) Kendall in her personality.”
Kylie also said she wants eight more children.
