Priyanka Chopra is not one to shout from the rooftops when she is in love, and she has always kept fans and the media guessing about her relationship status. She believes, “When there is a ring on the finger, the world will know.”
A self-confessed romantic and a big believer in the institution of marriage, Priyanka had told a leading magazine in 2015 that contrary to popular belief, she is quite the introvert, and would never initiate a romance.
“As a person, I’m shy and reserved. So I will never make the first move ever. That is the guy’s prerogative. I will definitely drop hints though. Aur bande ko agar samajh hogi toh he will approach,” she had said.
Priyanka had also revealed that she is “ferociously protective” when she is in love. “Once I’m in a relationship, then I’m all there… main goli kha loon kisi ke liye. I’m ferociously protective. I’m very possessive. What’s mine is mine,” she had said.
If the grapevine is to be believed, Priyanka has found love in Nick Jonas. From painting the town red together to leaving flirtatious comments on each other’s Instagram posts, all the signs point to a romance brewing between the two.
Last night, Priyanka arrived with Nick in Mumbai, setting tongues wagging. Buzz is that things are quite serious between the couple, and Nick has even asked Priyanka to move in with him.
