After starring in the ‘Baahubali’ franchise, Telugu star Prabhas became a household name all over the country. His next titled ‘Saaho’ features him along with actress Shraddha Kapoor. While both Shraddha and Prabhas essay the role of cops, it looks like another commonality in their characters is that they both play roles with shades of grey.
According to sources, “The script of Saaho is essentially a chor-police drama where all the characters are grey. It’s true that Prabhas plays a cop in the film. However, the story is such that the audience will keep guessing till the end whether his character is an honest officer or a thief under the guise of a cop.”
Saaho is being touted as a high-octane action thriller and the action sequences in the film have been choreographed by Kenny Bates, who has worked on films such as ‘Die Hard’ and ‘Transformers.’ The trilingual also features Neil Nitin Mukesh as an antagonist. When asked about working with Prabhas, he said, “The guy is amazing. He did ‘Baahubali’, so he has got this persona of being magnanimous. So, all of us were intimated initially about working with him. But he is down to earth. You just fall in love with him. So that’s what makes him even bigger.”
